BT Fresca have completely re-designed a new international e-commerce website for Thomas Pink, which is powered by Fresca Commerce, our on-demand e-commerce service.

The Fresca Commerce Platform is fully integrated with the Mercatus buying and merchandising system (from BT Expedite) ensuring ease of catalogue administration, customer management and order management and provides a real-time view of product availability to the online shopper.

This is a multi-channel deployment with interfaces for the website and the call-centre, both served by the same application ensuring a complete view of all customer interactions are available to Thomas Pink.

The new site was launched September 2007
