Following the acquisition of Imagine Media by Fresca in June 2002, Simon was appointed to head up the team responsible for Managed Hosting and Application Support.

With a degree in computing science, and following a LAN and systems management role with Abbey National, Simon was co-founder and director of Imagine Media, responsible for application development and support for clients across a number of web-centric environments.

An expert in systems design and network architecture, Simon contributes directly to the creation and support of highly performant and resilient host infrastructures.

Simon designed the high-availability redundant infrastructure that supports the Fresca Commerce managed e-commerce service, and manages the team providing 24/7 support for this and other client infrastructures.
