Following the acquisition of Linear Ten by Fresca in October 2004, Richard was appointed to head up the team responsible for Application Development in general, and the architecture and development of the Fresca Commerce technical platform in particular.

With a degree in business, and a Master’s in computing science, Richard was Senior J2EE Consultant with e-business agency Uovo, developing leading-edge Java-based solutions for organisations including Whirlpool. Richard was co-founder and director of Linear Ten, responsible for application development, and worked in CRM and e-commerce systems development for Virgin Megastores and Liverpool Football Club, among others.
