Who?
Principles is a leading high street fashion retailer. Formed in 1984, the original idea behind Principles was to give professional women great style, quality and value, and today Principles trades from 80 high street stores and over 230 concessions in leading department stores in the UK and Ireland.
Principles is part of Mosaic Fashions, one of the UK's largest fashion retailers whose other brands include Oasis, Karen Millen, Coast, Warehouse and The Shoe Studio.
What?
BT Fresca worked closely with Principles to design, build and launch their new and unique web-store. The solution delivered runs on our on-demand e-commerce platform Fresca Commerce.

Fresca Commerce is fully integrated with their Merret retail management system (from GCS), ensuring ease of catalogue, customer and order management, with fulfilment provided by third party logistics operator DTS. This is a multi-channel deployment with interfaces for website and call-centre, both served by the same application to ensure a 360-degree view of the customer.
In addition to providing the Fresca Commerce service, BT Fresca designed the user interface, and supports Principles' ongoing online marketing efforts with design and production of customer emails.
The new website is now their number one store.
