Pied-a-Terre is one of the UK's leading footwear design and retailing specialists, operating 27 stores and concessions in the UK and Ireland.

What?

BT Fresca worked closely with The Shoe Studio to design, build and launch the new web-store for Pied-a-Terre. The solution delivered is powered by Fresca Commerce, our on-demand e-commerce service.

Fresca Commerce is tightly integrated with their Merret retail management system (from GCS) and with fulfilment provided by third party logistics operator DTS, ensuring ease of catalogue administration, customer management and order management.

This is a multi-channel deployment with interfaces for the website and the call-centre, both served by the same application to enable a 360°view of the customer.

The site was launched in February 2007.
