Justin was appointed non-executive Chairman of Fresca in April 2001, and moved into an executive role focused on business development in January 2003.

Justin has over twenty years business experience, of which twelve years were in sales and marketing with Mars, GlaxoSmithKline and Reckitt Benckiser, including the roles of UK Marketing Director and Global Category Director for Reckitt Benckiser's healthcare division.

In 1997, Justin co-founded Uovo, an e-business agency which grew to number over 100 people with operations in the UK, US and South Africa.

The business was sold in 2002 to Paris-based systems integrator Fi System SA, and Justin was later appointed UK Country Manager and Fi System SA Board Director.

Justin is responsible at BT Fresca for business development, and has worked closely with clients such as Warehouse, Principles and The Shoe Studio as "customer advocate" to design customer-centric online solutions.
