Jonathan joined BT Fresca in 2006 as Client Service Manager for a number of BT Fresca clients and is responsible for managing new implementations and site enhancements from design to delivery.

Jonathan has a degree in Mathematics and has 15 years experience in and around the retail industry, originally in retail operations and, for the last 9 years, in retail systems. He held a number of roles at BT Expedite/ NSB Retail Systems, including Business Consulting Manager and Enterprise Product Manager and implemented supply chain, point of sale and head office solutions with a number of high-profile UK retailers including Oasis, New Look and House of Fraser.

Jonathan works closely with our clients to ensure that their websites are leading edge in design, functionality and performance and brings a broad range of technical, business process and project management skills to BT Fresca implementations and developments.
