Dean joined BT Fresca in 2002 already having ridden the dot com rollercoaster and having learnt much about what does and doesn't work on the web by witnessing it's infancy. Having joined ebusiness agency Uovo in 2000 he has since been involved with everything from the launch of fashion heavy-weight Net-A-Porter to the website for ex-government agency Inmarsat and now to a vast array of ecommerce sites.

With a long history in advertising and print design prior to the world of the web he brings a totally different perspective to the design approach of BT Fresca, equally concerned with useability as with design excellence.
