What?

BT Fresca built the new e-commerce website for Coast, which is be powered by Fresca Commerce the on-demand e-commerce service from BT Fresca. The Fresca Commerce Platform is configured to provide a shopping experience that faithfully articulates the Coast brand proposition.

A feature of the site is the powerful and sophisticated in-site search and guided navigation which enables customers to filter by outfit style, size availability, colour, product type and other attributes as well as by the normal product views.

Fresca Commerce is fully integrated with the Mercatus buying and merchandising system from BT Expedite and with the systems of third-party logistics and fulfilment provider Amethyst providing a truly seamless customer experience, and only the available products are presented to the web customer. This tight integration also helps Coast provide a timely and high quality customer service and facilitate easy management of the online catalogue.
