Launched on 29th July, 2009 Annoushka is a fine jewellery collection created by Annoushka Ducas. Annoushka is the driving force behind this exciting new collection that perfectly captures the mood of the moment by bringing a new dimension of freedom and self-expression to the world of fine jewellery. The Annoushka launch collections, which you can discover on this website and in our boutiques, are the culmination of Annoushka’s lifelong obsession with the timeless romance and sensual magic of jewels, brought together in designs which exude an irreverent sense of fun. Almost all the collections are designed in 18ct gold, using an array of precious and semi-precious stones.

What?

BT Fresca worked with Annuoshka to design, build and launch a new premium jewellery web-store. The store is powered by FrescaCommerce, our on-demand e-commerce service.

FrescaCommerce is tightly integrated with their retail management system ansuring ease of catalogue administration, customer and order management.

This is a multichannel deployment with interfaces for the websites and the call-centre, all served by the same application providing a 360°view of the customer.

The site was launched in July 2009.
