Following the success of the other Shoe Studio brands online, BT Fresca was contracted to design and build the new web-store for Roland Cartier. BT Fresca worked closely with The Shoe Studio to launch this new webstore, which is powered by Fresca Commerce, our on-demand e-commerce service.

Fresca Commerce is tightly integrated with their Merret retail management system (from GCS) and with fulfilment provided by third party logistics operator DTS, ensuring ease of catalogue administration, customer management and order management.

This is a multi-channel deployment with interfaces for the website and the call-centre, both served by the same application to enable a 360°view of the customer.

The website was launched in August 2007.
