What?

BT Fresca created a stunning new transactional website for Karen Millen, which is powered by Fresca Commerce our on-demand e-commerce service.

The website includes Fresca’s advanced in-site intelligent search and guided navigation, enabling search by collections, new items just in, 'look-book' or product types and other product attributes, e.g. colour, size and categories, making it easy to find the right outfit for that special occasion.

Also, we have fully integrated the platform with the Mercatus buying and merchandising system from BT Expedite and with the systems of third-party logistics and fulfilment provider Amethyst, ensuring a seamless online customer experience and facilitating easy and effective product information management by Karen Millen.
